These healthy Cookies make a nutritious and grab-and-go breakfast that tastes like fall! This clean eating breakfast treat is made with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame.
150 g of pumpkin seeds,
200 g sunflower seeds,
200 ml mineral water
450 g flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 bag of baking

Using a rolling pin to form a bark thickness of 1 cm.
Using the mold forms the cut bark.
The received forms are put in the frying pan which is coated with a little margarine, and the rest of dough repeat the procedure.
Bake at a temperature of 200 C for about 20 minutes.
