The great cupcake

Another recipe for cupcakes that you can make in a variety of shapes of your choice ,they can also please everyone with their endless flavor combinations!
Cupcakes can easily be made.Surprise your dearest ones with this delicious dessert.

Ingredients:
For the cupcake batter:
200g sugar
140g unsalted butter
2 eggs
230g all-purpose flour
6g baking powder
Pinch of salt
150g milk
1/2 vanilla bean
 For the frosting:
150g unsalted butter
200g powdered sugar
1/2 vanilla bean
Blackberries,raspberries,strawberris
Preparation:                    
Start with cupcake batter.Using a electric mixer combine the sugar with the butter until it becomes a fluffy cream.
Add the eggs one by one until they are fully combined into mixture
In another bowl,mix the flour,baking powder and salt.
Separately mix the milk and vanilla seeds that have been scraped out of the bean.
Add the flour mixture to the initial mixture of butter,sugar and eggs
Add the milk with vanilla and mix well until it became creamy,thick and homogeneous.
Coat a large pan with butter and fill it with the batter.It is important  to leave space  of about 1,5 inches(4cm) below  the top edge of the mold.
Bake at 340ºF(170ºC) for 25 minutes.
To preparate the frosting,put the softened buuter( at room temperature) in a bowl with the suger and vanilla seeds that have been scraped out of the bean.Whip the mixture until it takes on whitish tone with a cream texture.
Put the  frosting in a pastry bag with a curly tip.
Once the cupcake has baked,let it cool completely and pie the frosting on it.Then place berries on top.


NOTE:Before removing the cupcake from the oven make sure it is perfectly baked.To do this,prick it with the tip of a knife.If the knife is slightly damp it means that there are still a few minutes of cooking left.
