Peach Bellini

A Bellini cocktail is a mixture of sparkling wine and peach purée or nectar and a perfect way to make your favorite wine a little peachy. Ingredients:                                                                                   

• 3 cups frozen peach slices
• 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 bottle chilled sparkling wine

Preparation:

Combine peach slices,lemon juice and sugar in blender until smooth.

Pour peach mixture into champagne flutes until half full. Fill glasses with Prosecco.

Serve immediately, garnished with peach slices, if desired.
