Carrot Apple Ginger

The spinach and carrots are all about the vitamin A. This helps your skin glow, literally from the inside out. Vitamin A prevents premature wrinkling, acne, dry skin, pigmentation, blemishes, and uneven skin tone.
                

Ingredients:
1 carrot
1 apple - cored, chopped
1.5 oz spinach
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 inch ginger - peeled
1 cup water
